It has helped me to learn Search Engine Optimization, Web builder Tools, Social and Online marketing etc. When you write articles you deep dive into it, it adds to your knowledge. This was my main reason why I started blogging. You should also choose topics you love and start blogging on this to share your views.

Writing skills are an important part of communication. There are many times in your life when you will be asked to write something like prepare a report, email writing, professional work etc. All these types of writing require specific skills, and usually a particular style. Blogging helps to improve your writing skills. The more you write and practice it improves. When you will keep on writing articles, it will automatically increase your writing skills.

Blogging is a great way to create your identity. When you write articles about something (i.e. your niche/topics) you are creating your identity in that domain. I know many bloggers doing full-time blogging and earning a decent income more than an average job going, employee. Though it takes time to start earning money from the blog, the good thing is it is passive income, not active income. When time goes by, your traffic numbers will increase as well as income. I’m not only talking about a few hundred dollars a month, many people earn their living from blogging.
