Top 10 Flirting Tips for Boys and Girls

Every heart wants to mingle with its other beloved heart. To own the love of their beloved one, they try to start to flirt with their dear one. But sometimes, this flirting leads to the end of their relationship before starting a bit of it. The reason is that their way of flirting and the topics, they choose is not up to the mark or their wordings or sleazy language has hurt others.  Many struggle with it, not realizing that a few simple flirting tips can dramatically increase the ability to flirt successfully. Flirting is not an art nor we have instituted for teaching this. I’m going to list some of the flirting tips I’ve learned. Some of it’s pretty obvious, and some of it a bit more unusual. • Looks don’t matter

Some people think that girls want handsome guys or guys always want a beautiful girl like an angel.  Physical attractiveness matters, yet physical attractiveness matters less with girls. With guys, most of the time there will always be a look that suits them. Try growing a beard, changing your hairstyle, wearing new clothes, etc. In essence, don’t be afraid to experiment with your look, try anything, you’ll eventually find the look that suits you.

• Initiate the conversation

Always be in search of talking with your crush. But find a good reason for that. If you’re in a class with them, come up with a question about an assignment or getting an extra pen. Get creative, and be ready to respond to whatever they say.

• Make Eye Contact

Some people are very shy they do not look into their crush’s eye.  It makes a negative impact. If you don’t make eye contact, you’ll look bored or uninterested, and that’s not the impression you want to give. If still having the problem, try this: look at the spot right between their eyes. It’ll look like eye contact to them.

• Come Up With a Compliment

Pick one thing you like about the way they look – like their hair, their smile, or an article of clothing. Let them know in a friendly way how much you like it. It’ll make them feel good and will open them up to you.

• Act a bit stupid sometimes

Generally, girls like to feel like they’re the most mature ones. That’s partly the reason why some girls often like to go for older men. But every gal is not the same, many go for a childish and immature guy.

• Intelligence doesn’t matter so much

Girls often say they like to date someone who’s intelligent. But I don’t really think intelligence can be measured or quantified properly. You can be intelligent in something and stupid in others. This applies to both sexes, but I don’t really believe in actively searching for someone who is intelligent, or looking down on others that are not. You fall in love with the personality, not his/her intelligence. Having said that good humor and being witty is good thing.

• Touch the girl you are interested in by “ACCIDENT”

This applies mostly to a crowded area/a club especially. Now I’m not advocating guys to grope the bum or another personal part of the girl they are interested in. Touch in an area that isn’t likely to cause much of a reaction, e.g. her arm. She probably won’t say anything as it looks like it was an accident, yet it might get her attention to you. Also, you might feel more confident talking to her (and she to you) as you’ve already made physical contact once. I know it sounds silly, but it does work to some extent.

• When talking about yourself try to make it interesting.

I find it quite hard to talk about myself generally. People often find this hard and even start talking about silly things. I sometimes talk about volunteer work as that’s slightly more interesting, and since I do quite a bit of volunteer work about children I can often work in some sort of joke of something funny that’s happened whilst doing it.

• Pick up lines  act effectively

They don’t work in the way they’re intended, but some of the funnier ones can make girls laugh. I’d advise them if you tell them in a jokey voice. Can be a nice ice breaker.

• You don’t have to drink alcohol before flirting

Many times, guys can not collect the courage to have a chat with their crush so they make use of alcohol. Even one of my friends used it this way, but it only made a negative impact on his crush. Sometimes, you can use it, but if you can “pull” without alcohol, it makes it all the more satisfying. Plus I don’t think alcohol gives you that much of an advantage anyway (I don’t even drink)
