Cairo : A court in Egypt today ordered one of the most popular website YouTube to be blocked for a month forcarrying the objectionable 14-minute clip of the movie called “Innocence of Muslims”.
A judge of Cairo court, Hassouna Tawfiq ordered YouTube blocked for carrying the film, which he described as “offensive to Islam and the Prophet (Muhammad).” [Read more…]

Curtis Cooper from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg made the finding as part of the Great Internet Mersenne Prime Search (GIMPS), a distributed computing project designed to hunt for a particular kind of prime number first identified in the 17th century, the ‘New Scientist’ reported. Raipur: India’s medium pacer Praveen Kumar has been declared mentally unfit for using abusive language against his opponent. Match referee in his report claims that Praveen Kumar is mentally unfit.

Toronto: Various reasearches goint out on global warming and other environmental issues have warned that an unexpected increase in Arctic ice melt and global warming trends could wipe out half the polar bears numbers in a single year, researchers have warned.
